Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any graduate field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of tendering, bidding, procurement or bid management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-procurement portals.

Responsibilities

• Scan government and private tender portals for opportunities.
• Analyze RFPs/ RFQs and assess bid feasibility and compliance.
• Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
• Ensure submissions meet statutory and contractual standards.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, legal and operations for information and approvals.
• Manage online submissions on GeM, CPPP, nProcure and other portals.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely, error-free submissions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries.

Job Summary

Tango Retail (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor government and private tender portals, websites, and newspapers for relevant opportunities.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to assess bid feasibility and compliance.
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender specifications.
• Ensure all submissions adhere to statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, operations, and technical teams to collect required information, approvals, and documentation.
• Manage online tender submissions through platforms such as GeM, CPPP, nProcure, and other e-procurement portals.
• Track submission deadlines and ensure timely and error-free tender submissions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to client queries, provide clarifications, and follow up on tender results.
• Maintain an organized database of all submitted tenders, documents, correspondence, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Any Graduate or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, procurement, or bid management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with government and private e-searching portals.
