The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with E-Tender portals, BOQ, rate analysis, SAP Ariba, and strong Excel/documentation skills to ensure accurate tender submissions and competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering processes across Govt. and private sectors.
• Proficient in preparing technical and commercial tender documents.
• Familiar with EMD, PBG, tender fees and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify govt. & private tenders, RFQs, and EOIs.
• Study tender docs: eligibility, BOQ, scope, terms.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.
• Handle online tender submissions and document uploads.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Search and identify Government & Private tenders, RFQs and EOI.
• Study tender documents, eligibility, BOQ, scope and commercial terms.
• Prepare and compile technical & commercial tender documents.
• Handle online tender submission and document uploading.
• Coordinate for EMD, PBG, tender fees and other required documents.
• Assist in BOQ, rate analysis, quotations and commercial comparisons.
• Maintain tender records, deadlines and Tender MIS.
• Handle vendor/client registration and SAP Ariba related activities.
