We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive responsible for tender searching, preparation, and submission of tenders related to Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of tender documentation, government portals, and bid management processes.

Responsibilities

• Tender Searching & Identification
• Search and track relevant tenders from Government and Private portals such as:
  • GeM Portal
  • CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal)
  • State Tender Portals
  • Municipal & Industrial Tender Websites
• Identify opportunities related to WTP, STP, ETP, water supply & wastewater projects.
• Maintain tender database and submission tracker.
• Study tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
• Prepare technical & commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and management teams for required inputs.
• Prepare pre-qualification documents and compliance sheets.
• Ensure all required certificates, EMD, declarations, and statutory documents are included.
• Online tender filling and submission through portals.
• Upload technical and financial bids within deadlines.
• Prepare hard copy submissions where required.
• Handle bid queries, corrigendum updates, and clarifications.
• Coordination & Follow-up
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
• Follow up for tender results, negotiations, and post-bid activities.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain updated company credentials and tender documents.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
• Prepare MIS reports related to tender status.

Skills/Experience

• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures & documentation.
• Experience in Water & Wastewater Projects (WTP/STP/ETP).
• Familiarity with government tender portals.
• Good understanding of BOQ, technical specifications, and EPC projects.
• Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF documentation).

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Civil / Environmental Engineering preferred)
  OR Graduate with relevant tendering experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Water Treatment, Sewage Treatment, Effluent Treatment.
• Experience in online tender submission and bid preparation.
