Job summary

Willstrong Solutions is seeking a Female Tender Executive with 2–4 years of experience in GeM, Government tenders, e-tendering and tender documentation at Surajpur, Greater Noida.

The candidate should have experience in the ELV / Electrical / Electronics industry and be able to manage Tender submissions, review documents, and coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Technical and Finance teams. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on timely and compliant bid submissions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Tender Management.
• Hands-on GeM experience is mandatory.
• Experience in ELV / Electrical / Electronics industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, Technical Specifications and Tender Compliance.
• MS Excel and documentation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant GeM and e-Tender opportunities
• Review complete tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms
• Analyze BOQ, specifications, EMD, PBG, eligibility and compliance requirements
• Prepare and organize complete tender/bid documentation
• Manage online tender submissions within deadlines
• Handle GeM bidding, reverse auction and order-related documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Technical and Finance teams for tender requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial compliance sheets
• Monitor corrigendums, amendments and tender updates
• Maintain records of submitted, awarded and upcoming tenders
• Track tender results and support post-bid documentation

Job Description

Willstrong Solutions is looking for an experienced Female Tender Executive with 24 years of experience in GeM, Government Tenders, e-Tendering and Tender Documentation.

The candidate should have relevant experience in the ELV / Electrical / Electronics industry and be comfortable working from our Surajpur, Greater Noida location.

Key Responsibilities
