Job summary

Zentrx is seeking a skilled tender management professional in Delhi to oversee end-to-end tender processes for healthcare, medical equipment, devices, and pharma sectors. You will identify opportunities, review documents, coordinate with sales and finance, and ensure timely submissions across multiple portals and deadlines.

The role involves maintaining tender MIS, tracking amendments, and handling EMDs and related compliance tasks to secure successful bids.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end tender processes from identification to submission.
• Ability to review documents, technical specs, BOQ, EMD, and compliance.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to gather required documents.
• Maintain tender MIS and track deadlines, amendments, and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tendering process from tender identification to submission and post-tender follow-up.
• Search and identify relevant Government and Private Tenders in the Healthcare, Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, and Pharma sectors.
• Monitor GeM, CPPP, IERPS, State Government Tender Portals, and other e-Tendering portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, tender fees, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Production, and other departments for required tender documents.
• Handle tender documentation, EMD, tender fees, performance security, and other related documents.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tender submission within deadlines.
• Track tender results, amendments, corrigenda, clarifications, and submission deadlines.
• Maintain records of submitted, awarded, rejected, and ongoing tenders.
• Prepare comparative statements and maintain tender MIS reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for tender clarifications and requirements.
• Follow up on Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and post-tender documentation.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance
