Job summary

Dandotiya Construction is hiring a Tender Executive to drive government tendering across PWD, Mandi Board, Police Housing, PMGSY. Based in Bhopal, the role requires 5-15 years of tendering and project bidding experience and involves reviewing documents, BOQ analysis, and MIS reporting.

You will manage eProcurement submissions, coordinate with vendors and clients, and ensure competitive bids with strong costing and estimation. Hindi and English communication skills are essential.

• Graduate Or Post Graduate in related field.

• Identify and track Government Construction Tenders (PWD, Mandi Board, Police Housing, PMGSY)
• Review tender documents, check eligibility, prepare technical and financial bids
• BOQ analysis, cost estimation, and rate justification (knowledge of SOR required)
• Handle tender submission on eProcurement portals with complete documentation
• Manage bid process, vendor coordination, and client followup
• Track tender status until project award and prepare MIS reports
