Job summary

Star Spectrum Security is seeking a Tender & Bid Coordinator to identify relevant tenders on GeM and state portals, study documents, prepare technical and commercial bids, and coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams. In this role you will manage records, respond to buyer queries, and handle RA bidding to secure tenders.

The ideal candidate has strong MS Excel/Word skills, excellent documentation ability, and experience in CCTV or security systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GeM and e-Tendering.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PDF documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, ELV or Security Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPP Portal and State e-Tendering Portals.
• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications and terms & conditions.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids with all required documents.
• Prepare compliance sheets, undertakings, OEM authorization/MAF, quotations and other tender documents.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, Sales, Technical and Accounts teams for tender requirements.
• Handle GeM bidding, Reverse Auction (RA) and track tender status/results.
• Maintain proper records of tenders, submissions and related documents.
• Prepare responses to buyer queries, clarifications and other tender correspondence.
