Job description

• Review and analyze tenderdocuments, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantitytake-offs and cost estimates for repair and rehabilitation projects.
• Obtain quotations from vendorsand subcontractors and compare commercial offers.
• Prepare techno-commercial bidsand tender submissions within deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients,consultants, and internal departments for tender-related clarifications.
• Conduct rate analysis andprepare project budgets.
• Evaluate project risks andidentify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain tender documentation,records, and bid history.
• Assist the project executionteam with cost analysis and budget monitoring after project award.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of tenderingprocedures and estimation techniques.
• Experience in repair,rehabilitation, waterproofing, structural strengthening, or restorationprojects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MSExcel, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation,rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
