Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering and bid management for government projects.
• Identify tenders via GeM, CPPP and other portals.
• Analyze RFP/RFQ/tender documents and eligibility criteria.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, consultants and partners for submissions.
• Manage EMDs, tender fees and compliance documents.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and raise queries.
• Ensure timely bid submission and maintain bid trackers.
• Support contract finalization and post-bid activities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional with expertise in Government Tendering, Bid Management, Documentation, Compliance Management, and Coordination for large-scale Smart Infrastructure and Technology-Driven Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering and bid management activities for Government and Smart Infrastructure projects.
• Identify relevant tenders through GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, and other Government platforms.
• Analyze RFP/RFQ/Tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, OEMs, consultants, and partners for bid submissions.
• Manage EMDs, tender fees, compliance documents, declarations, and statutory documentation.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and prepare queries/clarifications.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain bid trackers/MIS reports.
• Support contract finalization, tender evaluation processes, and post-bid coordination activities.

Preferred Experience

• Strong exposure to Government Tendering, Bid Management, Documentation, and GeM/CPPP portals.
• Experience in large-scale Infrastructure or Technology-Driven Projects.
• Candidates from System Integrators, Consulting Firms, or EPC Organizations will be preferred.
