Job summary

Agile Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Bid Executive to manage the complete bid lifecycle, identify tender opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission.

The ideal candidate has strong government and corporate tendering experience, familiarity with GeM, eProcurement, CPPP, and other portals, and excellent drafting and deadline-driven skills.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of government tendering processes.
• Experience with GeM and other e-tender portals.
• Knowledge of EMD, PBG, turnover certificates and related docs.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Analytical with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate across technical, finance and legal inputs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify tenders via portals like GeM, eProcurement, CPPP and state portals.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs and EOIs for eligibility.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, finance and legal teams.
• Prepare compliance sheets and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Submit bids online across tender portals on time.
• Maintain bid tracker and report status to management.
• Draft pre-bid queries and participate in meetings.
• Ensure adherence to tender guidelines and deadlines.
• Record submitted bids and related documentation for reference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant tenders through portals such as GeM, eProcurement, CPPP, state portals, etc.
• Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI) and evaluate eligibility criteria.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) for required inputs.
• Prepare compliance sheets and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Handle online bid submissions on various tender portals.
• Maintain a bid tracker and update management on bid status.
• Prepare pre-bid queries and participate in pre-bid meetings.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and tender guidelines.
• Maintain records of submitted bids and documentation for future reference.
