0–2 years of HR recruitment experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. This is a full-time on-site position in Chennai, with a 6-day work week and take-home pay of 15,000–18,000 INR per month.

Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Telugu Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Chennai. In this role, you will leverage your proficiency in the Telugu language to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring pipeline for our regional or volume-hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates using job portals, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
• Language-Specific Outreach: Connect with Telugu-speaking candidates through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to pitch open job roles and assess their interest.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, qualifications, and cultural fit against job descriptions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring high turnout rates.
• Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates from initial contact through the interview stage and offer rollout.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate daily tracking of recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and interview statuses in the internal database.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Any Undergraduate/Graduate degree or relevant qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu and English (knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, inside sales, telecalling, or customer support. (Freshers with strong communication and a drive for HR are welcome).
• Skill Set: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, internet navigation), good interpersonal skills, and high persuasion capability.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join on short notice are highly preferred.

Work Environment & Compensation

• Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (Chennai)
• Schedule: 6 Days working pattern
• Compensation: Take-home salary ranging between 15,000 and 18,000 per month (commensurate with skills and interview performance).
