Job summary

Creditmantri Finserve in Chennai is seeking an HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to drive high-volume recruitment for Telecaller/Collections & IT roles, plus non-IT as needed. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding, while delivering regular recruitment MIS and reports.

The role requires strong communication and Hindi fluency, hands-on Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and a track record in bulk/BPO recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring (telecaller and BPO).
• Familiarity with sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Ability to coordinate interviews, onboarding, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Telecaller/Collection Executive positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Job Hai, Apna, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, social media, and walk-in drives.
• Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Achieve monthly bulk hiring targets with primary focus on caller hiring.
• Hiring for core business functions when required.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Recruitment MIS and management reports.
• Track recruitment metrics including applications, interviews, offers, joining ratio, and source-wise performance.
• Coordinate offer release, onboarding, and pre-joining documentation.
• Ensure recruitment compliance and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.

Role Summary
The primary focus of this role is to drive high-volume recruitment for Telecaller/Collections & IT , Non IT positions while supporting limited hiring for core functions. The role also includes recruitment MIS, management reporting, and offers future opportunities to lead a recruitment team based on performance.
