Paisabazaar is hiring for Domestic Sales of BFSI Products - Business Loan in Chennai. Location: 8th Floor, Paisabazaar, Tidel Park, OMR Road, Taramani. Interview mode: Face to Face. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

The role involves contacting customers to promote loan products, understanding needs, explaining features, and achieving sales targets while complying with lending regulations. Excellent multilingual communication is required.

Qualifications

• 12th pass is required.
• Freshers or candidates with tele sales experience can apply.
• Experience in call centers or customer support is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in three languages: Telugu, Tamil, and English.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Telugu, Tamil and English.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
• Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
• Freshers and experience both can apply.

Minimum education: 12th Pass

Only Tele sales Experienced candidates are required.
