What you'll do

Domestic Sales of BFSI Products - Busniess and perosnal Loans & Credit advisory

Location: Plot No 129, Paisabazaar, Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001, Near Millennium city center

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Note: We are looking for candidates with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote BFSI products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
• Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
• Freshers and experience both can apply.
