Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and target-oriented Tele Calling professionals to join our Clients (India's Top NBFC) team.

Must know any of the following language: Kannada or Gujarati or Tamil

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Payment Collections: Encourage customers to make payments through online and digital channels.
• Customer Engagement: Educate customers on repayment schedules, address queries, and resolve payment-related concerns.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain regular contact with customers.
• MIS & Reporting: Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status accurately in the system.
• Target Achievement: Work towards assigned targets while ensuring professional and customer-friendly communication.

Ideal Candidate

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Customer-focused, persistent, and target-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, or customer serviceis preferred.
