Job summary

The Work Tribe in Navi Mumbai is seeking proactive Tele Calling professionals to join our team for India’s top NBFC client.

You will make outbound calls, educate customers on payments, follow up, and update MIS. Kannada or Gujarati or Tamil language knowledge is required. Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Customer-focused, persistent, and target-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, or customer service is preferred.

• Digital Payment Collections: Encourage customers to make payments through online and digital channels.
