Viviana Properties, a growing real estate firm in Dubai, is seeking a confident Telesales Executive ready to relocate from India. You will generate leads, handle calls, and guide clients toward site visits and Zoom presentations, while meeting targets in a fast-paced market.

You must be a graduate with at least 1 year in telesales, possess excellent English and Hindi, and be willing to relocate to Dubai for immediate joining. Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, or Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; good academic background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or any sales role.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
• Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Confident, persuasive and target-oriented.
• Must be able to relocate to Dubai and join immediately.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads and follow up to move them through the funnel.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable options with persuasion.
• Invite and convert leads into site visits, meetings, and Zoom presentations.
• Meet daily and monthly call, RSVP and sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM and reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s property offerings
• Generate and qualify leads, and follow up consistently to move them through the sales funnel
• Understand client requirements and present suitable options with clear, persuasive communication
• Invite and convert leads into site visits, office meetings, and Zoom presentations
• Meet daily and monthly call, RSVP, and sales targets
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM and daily reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (educated candidates with a good academic background preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecommunications sales, or any sales role
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi
• Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Professional attitude, discipline, and good grooming
• Must be able to relocate to Dubai and join immediately
