Viviana Properties, a growing real estate firm in Dubai, seeks confident Telesales Executives to join our sales team. Relocation to Dubai is required for this role, with immediate joining and opportunities to build your career in a fast-paced market.

Candidates should have a graduation, at least 1 year in telesales or sales, and strong English/Hindi. Additional languages such as Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, or Arabic are a plus. The role offers a fixed salary with performance incentives and training.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with good academic background.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or sales role.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
• Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Must be able to relocate to Dubai and join immediately.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s property offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads, and follow up consistently to move them through the sales funnel.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable options with clear, persuasive communication.
• Invite and convert leads into site visits, office meetings, and Zoom presentations.
• Meet daily and monthly call, RSVP, and sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM and daily reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
