Job summary

Atlant Global India is seeking a customer service-focused professional in Bengaluru to manage telesales and telecalling activities. You will regularly contact existing customers for feedback, follow up with inactive clients, and handle digital marketing enquiries while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers regularly to collect service feedback and identify opportunities for continued business

• Attend to Digital Marketing enquiries and leads
• Maintain records of calls, feedback, follow-ups, and lead status
• Coordinate with teams to resolve customer queries promptly
• Monitor CCTV at branches and report concerns
• Identify new business opportunities through regular interactions
• Prepare and share daily and weekly call, follow-up, and lead reports

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Contact existing customers regularly to collect service feedback,understand their requirements, and identify opportunities forcontinued business.
• 2. Contact stopped/inactive customers and conduct regular followups to encourage them to restart business with the company.
• 3. Attend to and follow up on Digital Marketing campaign enquiries andleads.
• 4. Maintain accurate records of customer calls, feedback, follow-ups , andlead status.
• 5. Coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely resolution ofcustomer queries and requirements.
• 6. Monitor CCTV cameras at branches and promptly reportoperational, security, or other concerns to the concerned team.
• 7. Identify new business opportunities and additional customerrequirements through regular customer interactions.
• 8. Prepare and share daily and weekly call, follow-up, and lead reports.
