Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited, based in Hyderabad (Kukatpally), is looking for a Telephonic Operator to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with diagnostic test queries, and coordinate appointments and services.

You will provide accurate information on tests, reports, home collection, and centre services while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Formación

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with good communication are welcome.
• Experience in healthcare call centre is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient queries politely.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Provide information on tests, packages, pricing and report delivery.
• Coordinate home sample collection with the concerned team.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the system.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Escalate patient complaints to the supervisor as needed.

We are Hiring for Telephonic Operator - Kukatpally

Job Purpose

To handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, assist patients with diagnostic test-related queries, coordinate appointments and provide accurate information regarding tests, reports, home collection and other centre services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient calls and respond to queries in a polite and professional manner.


• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, health check-up packages and other patient-related requirements.


• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments as required.


• Provide accurate information about diagnostic tests, preparation instructions, packages, pricing and report availability.


• Coordinate home sample collection requests with the concerned team.


• Follow up with patients regarding pending appointments, sample collections and reports.


• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member when required.


• Record patient details, call information and follow-up requirements accurately in the system/register.


• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.


• Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and elevate them to the appropriate supervisor.


• Coordinate with reception, laboratory, phlebotomy, radiology and other departments for smooth patient service.


• Inform patients about report collection/delivery procedures and timelines.


• Maintain proper call etiquette and ensure a positive patient experience.


• Achieve assigned call handling, appointment conversion and follow-up targets.


• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.


• Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu as required.


• Males preferred


• Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude.


• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.


• Prior experience in a diagnostic centre, hospital, healthcare call centre or customer service role will be an advantage.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.


• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
