Role Description

The Telemarketing Representative role at K Communications is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. In this role, the representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote services, explain offerings, and answer inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The position involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales campaigns by maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

The representative will handle customer questions, resolve basic concerns, and elevate complex issues as needed, while meeting daily call and conversion targets.
