• Sales and lead generation: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase.
• Customer service: Handle inbound calls to answer customer questions, address concerns, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, update customer databases, and manage paperwork.
