Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Chandigarh. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote travel packages, services, and special offers, while generating qualified leads and supporting sales conversion. Daily activities include introducing company services, explaining travel options, handling basic inquiries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team. The role involves updating customer information in the CRM or call logs, maintaining call records, and meeting call volume and conversion targets. The Telemarketer will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and positive customer experiences, and may assist with feedback collection and simple market insights from conversations.
