The candidate will coordinate subscription billing, ensure timely payments, perform periodic hardware audits, and address basic on-site technical and connectivity issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Visit and manage LCO/DPO partner networks across Mathura.
• Drive sales and upselling of TV, Broadband & Watcho OTT bundles.
• Manage subscription billing, payment collections & reporting.
• Perform hardware audits (IRD/smart cards) & signal anti-piracy checks.
• Resolve basic on-site technical and connectivity issues.
