Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP seeks an experienced Telecom Functional Domain SME with Product Owner and Business Analyst capabilities. 8-10 years in US telco industry to drive functional requirements, product strategy, and process optimization for a Tier-1 carrier client.

The role combines domain expertise with product ownership and analytical leadership to deliver transformational initiatives across billing, CRM, fulfillment, and network operations.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on US telco operations, Tier-1 carrier preferred.
• Deep expertise in 3+ functional areas: Billing/BSS, CRM, Order Management, Network Ops, or Compliance.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Product mindset with ability to define vision and strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and document telecom functional processes (billing, CRM, fulfillment, network ops, revenue management).
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and industry standards (FCC, eTOM, NGOSS).
• Provide expert guidance on functional best practices and industry trends.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and backlog prioritization.
• Drive product strategy for digital transformation initiatives (5G, cloud, modern platforms).
• Gather, analyze, and articulate detailed business requirements.
• Conduct requirements workshops and UAT planning.
• Validate functional designs and configurations.
• Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives.

Domain SME:
