Job summary

Prodapt Solutions seeks an End-to-End (E2E) Solution Architect with deep Telecom BSS Lead-to-Cash expertise to drive transformation programs across the value chain. You will define architecture, ensure alignment with business goals, and guide design across CRM, CPQ, Order and Billing systems.

You will lead architecture governance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use AI-driven approaches to accelerate design and documentation. 12–17 years' experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Telecom BSS transformation initiatives.
• Define scalable, secure, future-ready architecture aligned with standards and business strategy.
• Translate business capabilities into solution architecture, integration patterns and design.
• Drive architecture governance across the Lead-to-Cash ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Delivery, Infrastructure and Integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews and technical design discussions.

• Ensure architectural alignment with TM Forum standards and enterprise integration principles.

Overview

End-to-End (E2E) Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Telecom BSS Lead-to-Cash (L2C) domain to lead enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture across the telecom value chain, ensuring alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture, application landscape, and technology strategy.

The candidate should possess strong architectural knowledge across Lead Management, Opportunity Management, CPQ (Costing, Pricing & Quoting), Contract Management, Order Management, Service Delivery, Billing, and CRM. Experience with ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT) and AI-driven solution design is highly desirable.

As a BSS SolutionDesign, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fitarchitecturalsolutions for one or more projects, develop application design and provide regular support/guidance to delivery teams.

Mandatory to have excellent understanding of Telecom Domain, and experience of SolutionArchitecture for TelecomSolutions (Products and Services development).

Ability to analyze Telco processes, simplify them and developsolutions in alignment witharchitecture principles.

Understanding of Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS - Service/Network Inventory, Service Provisioning and Activation, Network Monitoring System, Network performance management system, Test & Diagnostics System, Element Management System knowledge is needed.

Knowledge on CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices basedArchitecture, RPA,

Good to have working experience on Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, Network Transformation programs.

Good experience in data modelling and integration patterns.

Has good understanding of frameworks relevant for Telecommunications domain (for e.g. eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA)

Understanding of technologies such as 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH etc. and their mapping to OSS systems is an added advantage.
