Sehdev Travel in India seeks a confident Telecaller to handle client inquiries about tourist and study visas, immigration services, and related offerings. You will make outbound follow-ups, explain visa processes and required documents, and guide clients toward converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Fluent English, Hindi and Punjabi, a polite, result-oriented approach, and accurate record-keeping are essential.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to improve conversion rates.
• Provide accurate information and avoid false promises or misleading commitments.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a confident, polite, and result-oriented Telecaller with excellent communication skills. Candidates with prior experience in immigration calling will be highly preferred. The candidate should be capable of handling client inquiries related to tourist visas, study visas, and other visa services, and converting inquiries into clients through effective communication and proper guidance. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
