Job summary

Excel Pneumatics in Ahmedabad is seeking a Telecaller & Coordination Executive to handle customer calls, inquire about automobile equipment, follow up payments, and coordinate transportation for company materials.

You will manage order status and requirements, liaise with sales, accounts, logistics and transporters to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain records of follow-ups, dispatches and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecalling, sales coordination, payment collection or logistics coordination.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills with customers and teams.
• Good communication in Hindi, Gujarati and English; professional tone with customers.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to existing and potential customers for automobile equipment and related products.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
• Regularly follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate with Accounts.
• Coordinate transportation of all company materials, including equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with transporters for pickup, dispatch and delivery.
• Track transportation and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain records of follow-ups, payments, dispatches and transport details.
• Coordinate between customers, sales, accounts, service, purchase and transporters for smooth operations.
• Handle day-to-day follow-ups and ensure pending tasks are closed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to existing and potential customers for automobile equipment, pneumatic products, compressors, tools and related products.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
• Regularly follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Coordinate transportation of all company materials, including equipment, compressors, tools, spares and other goods.
• Coordinate with transporters for pickup, dispatch and delivery of materials.
• Track transportation and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain records of customer follow-ups, payments, dispatches and transport details.
• Coordinate between customers, sales, accounts, service, purchase and transporters for smooth operations.
• Handle day-to-day follow-ups and ensure pending tasks are closed on time.

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi, Gujarati and English communication.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate with customers and transporters professionally.
• Experience in telecalling, sales coordination, payment collection or logistics coordination will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of automobile/workshop equipment is preferred.
