EAD Cosmos in Mumbai is seeking a Telecaller/Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound calls, understand customer needs, and convert leads into customers from the Marol/Andheri East area.

The role offers a fixed salary of ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month plus incentives, a performance bonus, and PF, with a six-day workweek and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling/Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp/email.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve monthly/weekly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers.

Job Description:

Position: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives + Performance Bonus + PF

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: Flexible shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Marol, Andheri East

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp/email.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve monthly/weekly sales and calling targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi; knowledge of local language will be an advantage.

• Target-oriented and motivated towards sales.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel knowledge preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or related industries will be preferred.

Experience:

1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Calling / Business Development.
