Teja Homes Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. You will connect with potential customers, explain project details, generate leads, and schedule site visits, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering professional service.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in telecalling or telesales, with Telugu and Hindi mandatory, basic English, and strong communication and objection-handling skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales.
• Telugu and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
• Experience in lead follow-up and site visit coordination is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management systems is an advantage.
