Job summary

Home Locator Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Telecaller to be the first voice buyers hear. You will talk to interested buyers, understand requirements, and book site visits for the sales team.

You’ll call inbound and outbound prospects, capture needs (budget, location, BHK, timeline), and ensure accurate CRM updates. Freshers are welcome; training will cover projects, pricing, and process.

Qualifications

• Speak clearly and confidently, and listen well.
• Freshers are welcome; training provided on projects, pricing and sales process.
• Be organised and never miss a follow-up.
• Know basic computers and Excel.

About the role

Home Locator helps Bangalore home buyers find the right property with top developers. As a Telecaller, you’re the first voice a buyer hears from us. You’ll talk to interested buyers, understand what they’re looking for, and book site visits for our sales team.

What you’ll do

• Call buyers who have shown interest in our projects (inbound and outbound)
