Job summary

Bizaarambh in India is seeking a skilled Telecaller to drive customer interactions in the Lubricant Industry, handling calls, generating leads and coordinating with potential buyers. The role requires 2–3 years in telecalling or telesales, fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English, and strong MS Office skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred. You will maintain customer databases, support sales and operations, and strive to meet daily and monthly calling targets while clearly presenting our products

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Telecalling or Telesales experience.
• Lubricant industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in Bengali, Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong follow-up and client handling skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
