Job summary

Shivtara Grain Milling Pvt. Ltd. is seeking two telecallers to work from our head office in Patancheru Industrial Area, Hyderabad.

You will call wholesalers who have not purchased in over two weeks, identify reasons for no order, and pass orders or issues to the sales and accounts teams. The successful candidate should have 1–5 years of telecalling/B2B experience, be fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu, and possess basic computer and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of telecalling/telesales/B2B calling experience.
• Must speak English, Hindi and Telugu fluently.
• Basic computer and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Call wholesalers who have not purchased from us for more than 2 weeks.
• Find out the reason for no order (price, stock, quality, payment, competitor) and try to get a repeat order.
• Pass orders, complaints and payment issues to the sales and accounts teams.
• Record every call in the CRM or Excel: reason for no order, outcome and next follow-up date.
• Follow up regularly and keep the wholesaler list up to date.
• Be polite, patient and clear on the phone.

Shivtara Grain Milling Pvt. Ltd. is a wheat flour milling group with mills in Hyderabad, Warangal and Vijayawada, and a family milling legacy going back to 1920. We sell through wholesale and modern trade accounts across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Odisha. We are hiring 2 telecallers to work from our head office in Patancheru Industrial Area, Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities:

• Call wholesalers who have not purchased from us for more than 2 weeks
• Find out the reason for no order (price, stock, quality, payment, competitor) and try to get a repeat order
• Pass orders, complaints and payment issues to the sales and accounts teams
• Record every call in the CRM or Excel: reason for no order, outcome and next follow-up date
• Follow up regularly and keep the wholesaler list up to date
• Be polite, patient and clear on the phone

Preferred candidate profile:

• 12th pass or above; 1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or B2B calling (FMCG or food experience is a plus)
• Must speak English, Hindi and Telugu fluently
• Good listening and follow-up skills
• Basic computer and Excel skills
• Able to work full-time from the Patancheru office

Pay:

Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,500 per month fixed, plus incentive based on repeat orders.
