Job summary

Anmol Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Officer / Sr. Officer – Telecalling for its Prraniganga.com e-commerce vertical in Newtown, Kolkata. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with dealers and farmers, explain products, and maintain customer records.

Candidates should have 12th pass or graduate, with prior telecalling or telesales experience, good Bengali or Hindi communication, and basic computer/CRM skills. Working days are six per week with a rotational off.

Responsibilities

Shift Timings

Normal Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Split Shift: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM from office and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM from home, applicable once or twice a week as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Prior experience in Telecalling / Telesales is mandatory.
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, Voice/Blended Process or Outbound Sales will be preferred.
• Candidates from Agriculture, Agri-tech, BPO, E-commerce or Service Industry will be preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable speaking with dealers, farmers and customers over the phone.
