Halo Knowledge Academy is seeking a Telecaller for our programs. The role involves cold calling, understanding student requirements, and presenting college options. You will fix appointments with a Sr Counselor and must have excellent verbal and written communication with a strong sales drive.

This is an in-person, full-time position based in Mumbai; work from office only. 1 year telecalling experience preferred; higher secondary education required. Provident Fund is offered as a benefit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties

• 1. Cold Calling on College Data and Generate Prospects
• 2. Understand the requirement of the students and their Academic Details.
• 4. Give them a basic information like various colleges options available
• 5. Fix an appointment with either student or their parents with the Sr Counselor
• 6. Require excellent oral and written communication skills
• 7. Willing to learn and excel in the field of Sales
• 8. Good Voice quality

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experienced Candidates would be preferred, minimum of 1 years of Telecalling Experience in Credit, Insurance or Banking Sales preferred.
