• Handle questions, objections and basic concerns politely and effectively.

• Follow the organisation's calling scripts, process guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors for follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Maintain punctuality, attendance and professional workplace conduct.
