You will monitor bookings across channels, verify details with customers, allocate service providers, and maintain CRM records while delivering a positive, sales-oriented customer experience.

Qualifications

Designation: Customer Support / Tele Sales Associate/ Booking Fulfilment Executive

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Assist customers in placing orders/bookings

Booking Management & Verification

• Monitor and accept online bookings received through various booking channels.
• Contact customers promptly to verify booking details and other relevant information
• Ensure that every new lead receives a response and is closed or appropriately processed within shortest possible time

Service Provider Allocation & Dispatch Coordination

• Identify and allocate the nearest available therapist.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure that they have received the booking details and are proceeding to the customer's location.

CRM & Record Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, enquiries, bookings, sales, cancellations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Ensure zero tolerance for missed leads, delayed responses, or untracked opportunities.

Customer Experience

• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with management to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in chat support and customer service is mandatory. Prior experience with sales is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Verbal & Written) & Hindi (Verbal)
