Job summary

Stelling Technologies in Kerala seeks a Customer Support Executive to address customer queries with timely responses and maintain logs. Proficiency in Hindi and English is required, with additional languages a plus. The role includes upselling services where applicable.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast resolutions, meet sales targets, and participate in rotational shifts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for queries.

• Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested.
• Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
• Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services where applicable.
• Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly.
• Ensure individual sales targets are met without fail.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be proficient in Hindi and English; any other language knowledge would be an added advantage.
