Stelling Technologies in Kerala, India, is seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive who can resolve queries promptly and professionally. You will gain deep product knowledge, engage with customers in Hindi, English, and Tamil, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

This role requires flexibility for rotational shifts, a client-first attitude, and a track record of meeting individual targets while upselling our services where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries.
• Be proficient in our products and services and communicate effectively to the customer.
• Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested.

• Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services wherever applicable.
• Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly.

• Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be Proficient in Hindi and English and Tamil.
