Job summary

Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited in India is seeking a Sales Expert L-1 to identify business opportunities, establish contact with prospects, and develop relationships to drive revenue. The role involves outbound calling, following up on leads, and offering product solutions.

Candidates should have 0–3 years of experience, strong communication, and MS-Office proficiency. Day shifts are required (8 AM–10 PM login window); six days a week with a weekday off.

• Fluent in English plus two other languages listed.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue.

Job description

Salary Range: 12,000-16000 CTC

Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

• Education- Any 10th, 12th and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates. (with 0-3 years of exp.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
• Decision making skills.
• Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, Telegu OR English, Kannada, Tamil.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.
