Job summary

NoBroker.com is seeking a Sales Expert L-1 to drive revenue from Pan India via work-from-home arrangements. The role requires handling inbound/outbound calls, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining service standards. Laptop with webcam and fast internet are required.

Compensation includes ₹12,000–₹14,000 in-hand per month plus ₹2,000 net allowance and incentives. 6 days a week with a weekday off; 9-hour login window between 8 AM–10 PM.

Qualifications

• Education: Any 10th, 12th and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates (0-2 years exp).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
• Language: English, Hindi, Kannada or English, Hindi or English, Kannada, Tamil.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, OR
  English, Kannada, Tamil.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.
