Job summary

Tigerwings Aviation Academy in Chennai seeks a Telecaller to connect with prospective students, understand their career interests, and guide them about our aviation training programs.

You will make outbound calls to generate admissions leads, explain courses, eligibility, fees and admission procedures, and follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into admissions. You will coordinate counselling sessions and campus visits with the admissions team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Responsibilities
