Job summary

Market Culture in Kerala is seeking an Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand goals, explain courses, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

You will handle enquiries via calls and WhatsApp, maintain lead records, follow up regularly, and coordinate with academic teams. Proficiency in English and Malayalam, and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in counselling, tele calling, sales, admissions, or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Participate in counselling calls, admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
