Job summary

Top Crew Aviation in Jaipur is seeking a motivated Sales/Telecaller to join our admissions team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students, and driving admissions for aviation training programs.

You will generate leads, explain services, maintain records, and work toward daily and monthly sales targets in a friendly, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or telecalling, strong English communication, and basic MS Office/CRM

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Shift Timing: Day Shift (10 AM to 7 PM)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales/Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and effectively communicate with customers. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!

In addition to standard sales responsibilities, the role also includes student counseling and admission for Top Crew Aviation, an aviation training institute for pilots and cabin crew.
