Job summary

M2labo Bharat in Mumbai is seeking a proactive telesales executive to join our Mumbai operations. You will handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, record orders, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining accurate data in Excel or CRM.

Strong communication in Hindi and English is essential, with Marathi as an advantage. You will work with the sales team to convert enquiries into orders, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide courteous customer support across FMCG/food segments.

Qualifications

• Education: Class 12 or graduate qualification.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales or customer service.
• Fluent in spoken English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce products and generate sales enquiries.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information on availability and pricing.
• Record customer details, orders and delivery addresses.
• Follow up on enquiries and repeat orders with polite persistence.
• Handle delivery queries and escalate issues to the team.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact prospective customers, retailers and business buyers to introduce ICHIGO products and generate sales enquiries.
• Enquiry Handling: Respond to incoming calls and WhatsApp messages with accurate information on availability, pricing, packaging and delivery.
• Order Booking: Record customer details, quantities, delivery addresses and agreed prices accurately.
• Sales Follow-up: Follow up on enquiries, quotations and repeat orders without excessive or unwanted calling.
• Customer Support: Handle delivery queries and complaints politely, escalating quality or service issues to the appropriate team.
• Operations Coordination: Confirm stock availability and delivery schedules before making commitments to customers.
• Record Management: Maintain updated call logs, customer records and follow-up schedules in Excel or a CRM.
• Reporting: Share daily updates on calls, qualified leads, confirmed orders and pending customer issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Class 12 or graduate qualification.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales or customer service. Experience in food, FMCG or fresh produce is an advantage.
• Communication: Clear spoken Hindi and English. Marathi or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and basic CRM tools.
• Core Skills: Active listening, polite persuasion, accurate data entry and consistent follow-up.
