Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection in Hyderabad seeks a motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. You will answer calls, explain products and services, and assist customers through the sales process.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Prior telecalling or telemarketing experience is preferred, and you will maintain customer data and record sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and explaining the company’s products and services.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
