Job summary

Galaxy Automobiles is seeking a Technology Project Manager to oversee multiple business applications and technology initiatives, including Bitrix24 CRM, Zoho Books, HRMS, IVR/Cloud Telephony, and other SaaS platforms. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of IT project management and CRM implementation experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in digital transformation and multi-project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SaaS, HRMS, Zoho, IVR, cloud applications and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT/technology projects from requirements to go-live.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Manage and improve CRM, HRMS, Zoho and other business apps.
• Gather requirements and translate into system workflows.
• Coordinate API/system integrations across CRM, IVR, HRMS, finance and other apps.
• Conduct UAT, testing, user training and implementation.
• Maintain project dashboards and provide progress updates to management.
• Track vendor performance, SLA, pending developments and issue resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, access controls and data security.
• Drive user adoption and measurable business improvements.

We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to manage multiple business applications and technology projects including Bitrix24 CRM, Zoho Books, HRMS, IVR/Cloud Telephony, Cloud Servers and other SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT/technology projects from requirement to go-live.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables and pending issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, software vendors and implementation partners.
• Manage and improve CRM, HRMS, Zoho and other business applications.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into system workflows.
• Coordinate API/system integrations between CRM, IVR, HRMS, finance and other applications.
• Conduct UAT, testing, user training and implementation.
• Maintain project dashboards and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Track vendor performance, SLA, pending developments and issue resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, user access, application security and data controls.
• Drive user adoption and ensure technology projects deliver measurable business improvement.

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Project Management / Business Applications / CRM Implementation / Digital Transformation.
• Experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to CRM, SaaS, HRMS, Zoho, IVR, Cloud Applications and API integrations.
• Strong in project tracking, vendor management, implementation, UAT and business coordination.
• Hands-on, execution-focused and capable of independently driving projects to closure.

Preferred: Experience in automobile, retail, multi-location businesses or SaaS/CRM implementation companies.
