Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects from planning to deployment and closure in a retail/enterprise environment. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, budgets and governance to ensure timely and quality delivery.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Retail/ERP familiarity is preferred and a hybrid working model may be considered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
MBA/MCA/M.Tech preferred.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning to closure.
Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, budgets and risks.
Ensure timely and quality delivery.
Oversee ERP, Retail POS, CRM, mobile/web apps and system integrations.
Drive digital transformation and process automation.
Govern project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and changes.
Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Business and Support teams.
Lead project governance meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
Coordinate integrations and maintain knowledge of APIs, databases, AWS/Azure and system architecture.
Oversee UAT, production deployment and post-implementation support.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects from planning to deployment and closure. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks, and project governance while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT projects including planning, execution, UAT, deployment and closure.
Lead projects involving ERP, Retail POS, CRM, Mobile/Web Applications and System Integrations.
Drive digital transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues and change requests.
Manage business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.
Lead project governance meetings and provide project status updates to senior management.
Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Business and Support teams.
Ensure security, data privacy, IT governance and compliance requirements are addressed.
Coordinate integrations and maintain working knowledge of APIs, databases, AWS/Azure and system architecture.
Drive UAT, production deployment and post-implementation support.
