Job summary

Careernet is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Service to join our Hyderabad team on a hybrid model. You will design and deliver globally harmonized service processes while collaborating with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and external service partners.

The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA Service expertise, experience transforming CS to S/4HANA Service, and strong knowledge of Service Orders, EAM/PM, SD, MM and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SAP CS / Customer Service knowledge.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Service expertise.
• Experience transforming CS to S/4HANA Service is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Service Orders and related processes.
• Good understanding of Maintenance Orders / EAM / PM.
• Experience with external billing and intercompany charging.
• Knowledge of SAP SD and MM integration.
• Familiarity with Finance integration and profitability processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Techno-Functional SME for SAP S/4HANA Service.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Service to join our team and contribute to a large-scale SAP transformation journey.

In this role, you will work on SAP S/4HANA Service, supporting the transition from traditional SAP Customer Service (CS) to S/4HANA Service. You will play an important role in designing and delivering globally harmonized service processes while working closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Techno-Functional SME for SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Support the transition and transformation from SAP CS to SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Design and implement globally harmonized service processes following SAP clean-core principles.
• Work with Service Orders, Maintenance Orders and maintenance execution/confirmations.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CS / Customer Service.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Experience in SAP CS to S/4HANA Service transformation/migration is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP Service Orders and related service processes.
• Good understanding of Maintenance Orders / SAP EAM / SAP PM processes.
• Experience with external customer billing and/or intercompany charging.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP SD and MM.
• Understanding of Finance integration, including cost allocation and profitability-related processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications.
• Technical understanding of ABAP, APIs, interfaces and enhancements.
• Exposure to SAP CPI / integration technologies.
• Experience in testing, data migration, deployment and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.

Education
