Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and Fiori apps.
• Expertise in Service Management module (Field Service / Customer Service).
• Experience with integration tools like CPI, PI/PO, and API Management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and Analytics.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions like BTP, C4C, and FSM.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• SAP certification preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant with strong expertise in design, development, deployment, and support within agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Development & Support
• Design, develop, and deploy user stories as per sprint plans
• Provide 3rd level support and resolve complex issues
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Work on Service Management processes (Field Service, Customer Service)
• Testing & Training
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint activities)
• Perform:
  • Unit Testing
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Handle defect fixing and ensure quality delivery
• Conduct key user training sessions
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare functional and technical documentation
• Provide regular status reports and deliverable tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
